We use a one-time password (OTP) verification system for account access. You must provide a valid email address or phone number for authentication purposes.

4. Product Information & Pricing

• We make every effort to display products accurately on our website. However, colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and photography conditions.
• Prices displayed on the website are in the currency indicated and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices for sourced items may vary based on availability, market conditions, and sourcing location.
• All products sold through Trend Sourcing Dubai are guaranteed 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorised retailers, brand boutiques, and verified suppliers.
• Quoted prices for sourcing requests are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Once confirmed and paid, the price is locked.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, via WhatsApp, or in person at our showroom. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation or pro forma invoice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (details provided on invoice)
• Cash on collection at our showroom
• Cryptocurrency payments (where applicable)
• Other methods as agreed on a case-by-case basis

5.3 Payment Terms

For sourced items, a deposit may be required before sourcing commences. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection. Payment terms are specified on each pro forma invoice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on product availability and sourcing location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order confirmation.
• We offer delivery within the UAE and international shipping to select destinations. Shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We recommend inspecting items promptly upon receipt.
• Local clients may opt to collect their items from our showroom in Dubai by appointment.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our sourcing services:

• Sourced-to-order items: These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are procured specifically for you.
• In-stock items: Returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
• Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
