Your choice
We show your piece to our clients and sell it for you. You agree your payout up front and are paid after it sells. Best when you are not in a hurry and want the strongest return.
We buy the piece from you outright at a price we agree. Best when you want a quick, certain sale and are happy to trade some return for speed.
What we accept
We are selective, because our clients are. If your piece is not listed, submit it anyway: we would rather say yes to a rare find.
Luxury handbags and small leather goods, watches, sneakers and shoes, fine jewellery and select accessories such as belts and scarves.
We accept established luxury brands across bags, watches, sneakers, jewellery and accessories. Choose your brand from the list in the form. If yours is not there, contact us and we will consider it case by case.
Pieces in new, excellent, very good or good condition: clean, fully functional, with normal signs of careful use. Rare or sought-after pieces in fair condition are considered, so tell us what the wear is.
Counterfeits or pieces we cannot authenticate, strong odours, mould, heavy staining or peeling, structural damage, missing or non-original parts that change the piece, and pieces with altered or removed serial numbers.
Our promise
For selected luxury brands, your agreed payout is locked for the first 30 days. We will not ask you to lower it while the piece is fresh and in demand. After that, any change is a conversation you can say no to.
Every piece is checked before it is offered to a client.
Held in our Al Quoz showroom, with condition and accessories recorded at intake.
Collection and release are matched to the ID on file and signed for.
Sending a larger lot? Tell us when we WhatsApp you and we will arrange a pickup.

Questions
Yes. Add up to ten pieces in one submission. We review each separately and make an offer per piece, so you can accept some and decline others.
Terms are agreed per consignor and written into the agreement before anything is listed. Tell us about your volume in the notes and we will come back with terms that suit.
We respond to every submission with an offer or a decision within 24 hours, by WhatsApp.
Consignors are paid by bank transfer or cash within the payout window in the agreement after the piece sells. For an outright purchase we agree the payment method and timing with you when we make the offer.
Each consignment has a set term, shown in your agreement. If your piece has not sold by then you can collect it, or agree a new price with us.
Yes. You can ask for a price change at any time from your seller page. For selected luxury brands we lock your agreed payout for the first weeks so we are never pressing you to lower it early.
Pieces are held in our insured Al Quoz showroom. We record the condition, accessories and photographs at intake and you sign the receipt.
Every piece is authenticated before it is offered to a client. If we cannot verify a piece we will tell you and return it.
Ask us at any time. We arrange collection, confirm your identity against the ID on file, and you sign for the piece. An early-withdrawal fee may apply in the first weeks, as set out in your agreement.
